Our Fees

When our services are engaged in search, we are primarily a 'retained' search firm. Our clients engage us, exclusively, to build their winning organizations and we guarantee our results. We have a specific process, yet we remain flexible in how we work to meet the needs of our clients - fully. An average search requires between 150 - 250 hours of work.

Our fees for executive search services are 28% of the first year compensation with a minimum fee of $30,000. We cover all normal expenses related to running our office, any expenses incurred for travel or face-to-face interviewing will be billed separately, and previously agreed to in our search agreement.

Billing

We bill clients in four payments, with the last installment due when the candidate accepts the position. Each invoice will be sent at pre-determined milestones outlined in our service agreement.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our focus is to recruit a talented individual whose interpersonal style and leadership attributes 'fit' well within the organization and the position. If, for any reason related to performance, a placement leaves within one year of the start date, we will re-do the search for general expenses only.
