Web-based Survey

We utilize an online tool as an outline to further our discussions. This tool is not a personality assessment ... it is a set of questions that we have asked out clients for the past 15 years in order to get a clear picture of the assignment. Every stakeholder in the process is asked these questions in order to create a benchmark in describing an ideal candidate.


360° Degree Management Feedback

We're tactful diplomats who know how to constructively solicit input from stakeholders and constituents, deal with strong concerns and objections, and ultimately build consensus so that the chosen candidate arrives to find a supportive atmosphere.

The Stakeholder Interviews start with the On-Line Assessment in hand. The assessment provides insight into the thoughts of the participants, however this is just a start. The interviews are much more in-depth and are a two-way process. These interviews are designed as consulting session ... we are required to appropriately push back on our clients assumptions. This is done in order to ensure that the process is complete. Our objective thought, and insight, helps to keep emotion and politics out of the process.

 

Position Goals

Our process identifies the objectives and goals of the position, so that we can best 'fit' the right candidate. The goals are discussed and organized in the following time frames - 6 months, 1 year and 3-5 years. Focusing on the the goals provides an objective measurement for selection and then ultimately the success of the new hire.

 

Past Performance

One strong measure used to determine the goals is looking at the successes and areas of improvement from people previously in the role.
