Only during special circumstances do we combine these services. We feel to combine these services it would be a conflict of interest. In order to remain objective in the hiring process, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to present our own candidates and remain totally objective about hiring one of them. We are happy to either be a consultant, in order to help you hire a great leader that fits your needs -or- if you are sure of your needs, then we can take your position description and provide executive search services, in order to locate exceptional people for your company.
