Interview Debrief Coordination

We conduct comprehensive debriefing sessions with the interviewers. An often overlooked, yet important, step in the hiring process is how the information from each interviewer is processed. We suggest a formal debriefing process in order to maintain consistency and objectivity.

Interview Debrief Facilitation

Also during this stage, we fill another valuable role as an objective facilitator. After the interviews, we coordinate and facilitate the flow of information from all the interviewers. This helps to keep the process objective, which provides a clear view of the candidate's fit and qualifications. The process can be accomplished either in a group, conference type setting or through one-on-one individual meetingS with the interviewers.

Metrics-Based Decisions
